Fully equipped open plan ground floor kitchen/living room with sofa, WiFi, TV and wood burning stove.
The sink, cooker, and hob are accessible with a wheelchair.
Worktops have a normal height.
Wide access door leading to a large terrace, shaded area, garden furniture, barbecue, and a private garden.
First-floor: Two air-conditioned bedrooms (4 single beds) and a bathroom.
Low season:

By prior arrangement - Equipment for people with reduced mobility can be hired from the local pharmacy.
Terms and Conditions:
20% non-refundable deposit payable with initial booking.
80% balance payable 8 weeks before arrival.
Security deposit of 200 euros/GBP payable on arrival.
Security deposit is returned within 7 days of departure after property inspection.
On departure the property is to be left in the same state of tidiness and cleanliness that it was on arrival. A professional ‘end of stay cleaning’ can be booked in advance for a fee of 125 euros.
